Details of the Job/Internship

A & Y, Attorneys and Solicitors is hiring an Associate with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in New Friends Colony, New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Attend regular court appearances representing the firm's clients.
• Execute comprehensive legal drafting for criminal and commercial matters.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to support active litigation cases.
• Demonstrate sincerity and commitment toward building a long-term professional practice.

Eligibility

• Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) of 1–2 years in litigation.
• Specific experience or strong interest in Criminal and Commercial Litigation.
• Must be available for immediate joining.
• Proven ability to handle court appearances, drafting, and research independently and diligently.

Salary/Stipend
