Details of the Job/Internship

A & A Partners is hiring up to three Associates with experience ranging from entry level to 3 years to join different teams in their Lucknow office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Commercial and regulatory team: Focus on dispute resolution and advisory work, research, analysis, drafting, and assisting in court/arbitration.
• Criminal law team: Work on complex criminal briefs and conduct in-depth legal research.
• Civil disputes team: Assist in civil litigation matters and contribute to the firm's outreach and development programs.

Eligibility

• For the commercial and regulatory dispute resolution team: Minimum PQE of 1 year with experience in commercial or regulatory disputes.
• For the criminal law team: PQE between 1 to 3 years with experience in handling complex criminal law matters, including white-collar and financial crimes.
• For the civil disputes team: Entry-level candidates with an interest in supporting learning, pro bono, and firm development initiatives. Proficiency in social media engagement is required.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
