A Agarwalla & Co. is hiring an Associate – Litigation to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Draft petitions, complaints, written submissions, and other legal documents.
• Review and manage legal documentation.
• Assist in preparing for client consultations and court proceedings.
• Support seniors in developing legal strategies and arguments.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university (LL.M. is a plus).
• Bar Council membership and eligibility to practice in India.
• Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and case analysis.
• Good communication, negotiation, and client interaction skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Sound understanding of the Indian legal system and regulations.

Salary/Stipend
