Details of the Job/Internship
A Agarwalla & Co. is hiring an Associate to join their office in New Delhi. The role involves conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing litigation support.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft legal documents and review contracts.
- Provide litigation support in court-related matters.
- Assist in preparing legal documentation for cases.
- Support the legal team in delivering effective legal solutions to clients.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in legal work.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- Master’s degree in Law (LLM) is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, commercial law, and litigation procedures.
- Knowledge of Indian legal practices and regulations.
- Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
