Details of the Job/Internship

A&S Legal Partners is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join their team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Draft and review various legal documents (agreements, notices, etc.)
• Draft legal compliance documents for the corporate houses.
• Support with HR policy drafting and regulatory research.

Eligibility

• Law degree (B.A. LL.B / B.B.A LL.B) from a reputable institution.
• Strong command of English (written and verbal)
• Prior experience in legal drafting and documentation.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
