AA Law Chamber is hiring an Associate to join their office in Raipur. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Associate will conduct legal research, draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and opinions, and represent clients in various legal proceedings. The role also involves liaising with clients, providing legal advice, and assisting senior legal professionals in case preparation and court representation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research.
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and opinions.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings.
- Liaise with clients and provide legal advice.
- Assist senior legal professionals in case preparation and court representation.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution.
- Enrollment with the Bar Council of India.
- Proficiency in legal drafting, legal documentation, and legal research.
- Strong communication, client management, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of legal procedures, regulations, and courtroom protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure and deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
- Prior experience working in a law firm or practicing law is an added advantage.
