Details of the Job/Internship

Abhay Nevagi & Associates is hiring an Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear before courts and tribunals.
• Handle litigation and non-litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, applications, notices, agreements, and legal opinions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs.
• Assist in arbitration and dispute resolution matters.
• Interact with clients and provide matter updates.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in litigation or corporate advisory.
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work across multiple practice areas.

Salary/Stipend
