Details of the Job/Internship

Abhishek Sinha & Associates is hiring an Associate with experience of 1–5 years to join their office in Ranchi. The role involves litigation work, presenting clients before the Hon’ble High Court and lower courts, drafting legal documents, providing legal opinions, and representing clients before various forums and tribunals.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents including writs, bail applications, divorce matters, DRT matters, and LPAs.
• Provide consistent and technically sound legal advice and solutions to clients.
• Represent clients before the Hon’ble High Court and other forums and tribunals.

Eligibility

• Graduate in Law.
• Excellent drafting skills.
• Proficient in arguing before the Hon’ble Court.
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
• PQE of 1–5 years. Freshers can also apply but must be a graduate.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
