Details of the Job/Internship
ABS Legal is hiring for the position of Associate to join their office in North 24 Parganas, West Bengal.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on diverse matters.
- Draft legal documents, contracts, and advisory notes with precision.
- Provide regulatory guidance and ensure compliance with applicable Central and State laws.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal forums.
- Liaise with clients to understand legal needs and offer strategic advice.
- Stay current with changes in legal statutes and industry regulations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Strong legal drafting and research skills.
- Experience in real estate, family law, or intellectual property (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Courtroom experience and client-handling capabilities are an advantage.
