Details of the Job/Internship
Actus Legal LLP is hiring for the position of Associate to join their office in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, notices, contracts, and advisory notes.
- Assist in dispute resolution matters including arbitration, civil, and criminal litigation.
- Support senior lawyers in matters related to commercial law, securities, and real estate.
- Participate in client consultations and help formulate legal strategies.
- Contribute to strategic structuring and advisory assignments.
- Stay updated on legal developments and support internal knowledge-building initiatives.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in legal drafting, research, and analysis.
- Practical experience or internship exposure in dispute resolution, arbitration, or litigation.
- Knowledge of commercial, criminal, civil, contract, securities, and real estate laws.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
- Bar Council registration is preferred.
- Prior experience in strategic structuring or advisory roles is a plus.
