Acumen Juris is seeking an Associate with 1–2 years of relevant experience in corporate legal drafting and due diligence to join their team in Gurgaon.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing corporate agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
• Conducting due diligence for corporate transactions.
• Legal research and preparation of corporate advisory notes.
• Assisting in compliance and regulatory filings.
• Coordinating with clients and internal teams on corporate matters.

Eligibility

1–2 years of relevant experience in corporate legal drafting and due diligence.

Salary/Stipend
