ADP Law Offices is hiring Associates with 1+ and 2+ years of experience to join their Litigation Team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle IP litigation matters, including trademark and copyright disputes.
- Assist in drafting pleadings, notices, and related litigation documents.
- Support court appearances and case management.
- Coordinate with senior lawyers on litigation strategy and execution.
Eligibility
- 1+ or 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Prior experience in IP litigation required.
- Experience in copyright litigation is preferred.
