Details of the Job/Internship

Kurdukar & Co. is hiring two Associates with experience of 2–4 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and execute legal work within the Transactions or Commercial Litigation discipline.
• Represent or support matters before the High Court, NCLT, and SAT as required.
• Handle drafting, research, and advisory tasks relevant to the specific practice area.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure effective delivery of legal services.

Eligibility

• 2–4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Prior experience in either Transactional Law or Commercial Litigation is essential.
• Candidates with strong professional references will be preferred.
• Ability to join the firm immediately.
