Details of the Job/Internship

Chambers of Aman Vijay Dutta is urgently hiring a Junior or Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join its Pune office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• File pleadings in district courts and Bombay High Court.
• Manage e-filing and court proceedings in Pune and Bombay High Court.
• Draft pleadings and assist in civil and arbitration matters.
• Act as tribunal secretary in arbitration cases.

Eligibility

• Basic knowledge of Civil Procedure and district court filings.
• E-filing ID for District Courts and Original & Appellate Side ID for Bombay High Court.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Permanent residence in Pune.

Salary/Stipend
