Role and Responsibilities
The Associate will be responsible for drafting & vetting agreements, MOUs l, day-to-day legal tasks, and supporting senior attorneys in various legal matters.
Eligibility
- Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
- Previous experience in a legal environment is a plus.
