Details of the Job/Internship
The Office of Kartikeya Rastogi is hiring a Legal Associate with a Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) of 0–2 years to join their team in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent State interests in various civil and criminal matters across Delhi forums.
- Handle private litigation work for a diverse range of clients in civil and criminal law.
- Practice and appear before all judicial forums, including District Courts and the High Court in Delhi.
- Conduct legal research and prepare drafts for diverse civil and criminal proceedings.
- Assist in the preparation of cases related to State representation and private disputes.
Eligibility
- Law Graduate with a valid degree to practice in India.
- Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) of 0 to 2 years.
- Interest in handling a mixed practice of State representation and private litigation.
- Foundational knowledge of civil and criminal law and procedures.
- Ability to work across multiple legal forums within Delhi.
