Advocate Shivam Jaiswal is looking for a candidate for the position of Associate with 1 to 2 years of experience to join them at their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assignments under IBC, CIRP & Liquidation Regulations.
• Assisting the Resolution Professional / Liquidator in day-to-day operations.
• Drafting, compliance & stakeholder coordination.

Eligibility

Experience: 1–2 years in IBC / CIRP / Liquidation matters.

Salary/Stipend
