Aeka Advisors is hiring for the position of Associate with 0-2 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Structuring of mergers, acquisitions, and complex deals.
• Execution of slump sales, share transfers, mergers/demergers, and corporate restructurings.
• Advisory services for startups and real estate transactions.
• Fund structuring and investment advisory.
• Tax due diligence and business model evaluations.
• Succession planning and family office structuring.

Eligibility

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Interest in transaction advisory, tax, and structuring.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
