Details of the Job/Internship

Aekom Legal is hiring an Associate with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience to join their Corporate & M&A team in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate structuring.
• Handle end-to-end transactional work.
• Conduct legal research and due diligence.
• Draft and review transaction documents.
• Manage multiple workstreams efficiently.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in M&A, private equity, or corporate advisory.
• Strong drafting, research, and due diligence skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
