Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal agreements including Term Sheets, Shareholders’ Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Escrow Agreements, and other corporate documents.
- Advising clients on corporate structuring and regulatory compliance.
- Handling M&A transactions and post-closing transactions.
- Conducting legal and compliance due diligence.
- Providing strategic solutions to corporate and commercial legal issues.
Eligibility
- 2-4 years in Mergers & Acquisitions and General Corporate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and drafting abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
