Aequitas Law Partners is hiring an Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. The role will focus on M&A, PE & VC, and General Corporate practice areas.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in matters relating to M&A, PE & VC, and General Corporate practice.
• Provide legal drafting, advisory, and transactional support.

Eligibility

• LLB from a recognized university.
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in M&A, PE & VC, and General Corporate.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
