Details of the Job/Internship

Aerie Law is looking for an Associate to join their team. This is a fully remote opportunity.

Role and Responsibilities

This is a remote role. The Associate will be responsible for assisting with various legal services including but not limited to corporate advisory, legal research, due diligence, and regulatory compliance, handling litigation and intellectual property matters. The role will involve collaborating with expert teams to provide tailored legal solutions to clients.

Eligibility

• Legal Research and Analysis skills
• Experience in Litigation, drafting petitions, handling clients, etc.
• Knowledge of Corporate Law and International Contracts
• Experience in Due Diligence and Regulatory Compliance
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in a legal environment or consulting firm
• A bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, with additional certifications, is a plus

Salary/Stipend
