Details of the Job/Internship

Aerie Law is hiring fresh law graduates and lawyers with 1–2 years of experience for its corporate practice.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in corporate advisory and M&A transactions.
• Support due diligence and transaction execution processes.
• Draft and review contracts and corporate documentation.
• Conduct legal research and provide advisory support.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal teams on cross-border and international matters.

Eligibility

• Fresh law graduates with a strong foundation in Corporate Law and interest in M&A.
• Lawyers with 1–2 years of experience in general corporate advisory.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethics.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend
