Details of the Job/Internship

A&G Legal Associates LLP is hiring an Associate for a full-time, on-site role based in Fort, Mumbai. The role involves working across civil, criminal, real estate, banking, IBC, and IPR matters, with responsibilities in drafting, research, client advisory, and litigation support before courts and tribunals.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Advise clients and support litigation and pre-litigation processes.
• Assist in case strategy, client communication, and court and tribunal appearances.

Eligibility

• Graduation in law (LLB).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation.
• Strong drafting, legal research, and analytical skills.
• Good command of the English language.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Familiarity with legal software tools is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
