Details of the Job/Internship
Agrawals & Kumar is hiring an Associate with relevant litigation skills to join their office in Ranchi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analyse case laws and statutes.
- Draft legal documents, petitions, applications, and case briefs.
- Prepare and manage case files for court proceedings.
- Assist senior advocates during hearings and litigation processes.
- Participate in client consultations and support strategic planning.
- Review legal issues and provide practical recommendations.
Eligibility
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent) with Bar Council registration.
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Understanding of criminal law, matrimonial law, and allied laws.
- Proficiency with legal research tools and technology.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Prior litigation experience is an advantage.
