Details of the Job/Internship

Ahlawat & Associates is hiring Associates with 1–3 years of experience to join their TMT and IP practice. The role offers practical exposure to legal matters relating to technology law along with intellectual property work, including advisory and prosecution matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on technology law, digital business models, and platform regulations.
• Work on data protection and privacy compliance matters.
• Handle regulatory aspects of AI-based businesses.
• Draft and review software licensing and technology-focused agreements.
• Support trademark, copyright, and other IP matters, including prosecution and advisory work.

Eligibility

• Legal professionals with 1–3 years of experience in technology law, data protection, crypto laws, and intellectual property.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Detail-oriented approach with a willingness to learn.

Salary/Stipend
