AKJ Law Associates is hiring an Associate for a full-time, on-site role in New Delhi. The role involves assisting with legal research, corporate due diligence, drafting legal documents, attending court proceedings, client interaction, and providing general support to the legal team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with legal research.
• Conduct corporate due diligence.
• Draft legal documents.
• Attend court proceedings.
• Interact with clients.
• Provide general support to the legal team.

Eligibility

• Strong understanding of Indian laws and legal procedures.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work diligently, independently, and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in relevant legal areas is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.

Salary/Stipend
