Alathea Law LLP is hiring an Associate with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join their Mumbai office. The role covers litigation, arbitration, dispute resolution, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree with 2–3 years PQE.
• Strong expertise in legal drafting, research, and advisory.
• Experience in corporate, M&A, and banking & finance laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with team members.

Salary/Stipend
