Details of the Job/Internship

ALG India Law Offices LLP is hiring an Associate for its South Delhi office. The role requires 0-2 years of experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advisory to clients in relation to IP, specifically trademark law. 
• Develop and implement strategies for the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
• Drafting and conducting trademark opposition and revocation proceedings;
• Drafting legal notices, replies, and legal submissions;
• Drafting / reviewing IP agreements and contracts;
• Advise clients on IP portfolio management
• Knowledge of trademark renewal, rectification, assignment
• Trademark objections and hearings

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in law or Master’s degree in law
• Registered with the Bar Council of any State in India.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong knowledge of law and legal principles.
