Details of the Job/Internship
The All India Digital Cable Federation (AIDCF) is hiring a Manager – Policy, Legal & Regulatory Affairs with 5–8 years of experience to join their office in Delhi NCR. The role involves managing legal, regulatory, and policy matters while actively representing the digital cable industry in government and stakeholder forums.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft policy briefs, consultation responses, and position papers to support advocacy efforts.
- Develop and present AIDCF’s positions on issues impacting the digital cable industry.
- Represent AIDCF in consultations, forums, and meetings with ministries, regulators, and industry bodies.
- Provide legal insights on broadcasting and digital cable regulations.
- Track legislative, regulatory, and market developments and provide actionable inputs.
- Collaborate with the Secretary General and leadership on industry strategy and member representation.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. 3-year or 5-year integrated).
- 5–8 years of experience in legal, policy, and regulatory affairs (broadcasting/telecom/media preferred).
- Strong policy research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to represent industry positions in external forums.
- Excellent communication skills.
