Details of the Job/Internship

Amit Gupta & Associates is hiring a Civil Litigator with 4+ years of experience to manage civil and property litigation independently. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft plaints, written statements, replies, applications, notices, and legal opinions.
• Prepare research notes, case briefs, and issue-wise summaries.
• Attend hearings before District Courts, High Courts, revenue, and municipal authorities.
• Handle filing, inspections, certified copies, objections, and e-court updates.
• Manage documents, evidence, timelines, and compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Work on property disputes, title-related matters, and advisory tasks.

Eligibility

• LLB with active Bar Council enrollment.
• Minimum 4 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong drafting and procedural law knowledge.
• Ability to manage court work independently.
• Good client interaction and communication skills.
• Familiarity with court filing processes and e-courts.

Salary/Stipend
