Details of the Job/Internship

Angina Legal and Tech Solutions (ALTS) is hiring for the position of Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join their office in Zirakpur. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare arguments.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys in developing case strategies.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (3 years/5 years). LL.M. preferred.
• Strong interpretation skills and willingness to learn.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel preferred).
• Creative and innovative thinking.
• Ability to think strategically with focus on execution.

Salary/Stipend
