Details of the Job/Internship

Anirudh Associates is hiring a Corporate and Commercial Litigation Associate with 2+ years of experience to join their office in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft notices, plaints, and petitions independently.
• Coordinate with clients and team members for filings and case management.
• Represent clients before District Courts, Commercial Courts, and Arbitration Tribunals.
• Assist seniors during evidence and arguments stages.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience before Trial Courts in Bangalore.
• Knowledge or expertise in IBC or CPC.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Kannada preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
