Details of the Job/Internship
Anirudh Associates is hiring an Associate with experience of 2 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Area of Practice: Corporate and Commercial Litigation: The main areas of practice will be in the Commercial Courts Act, Arbitration, Negotiable Instruments Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, and Companies Act.
Remuneration: 4.5 to 7 lakhs based on the candidate. Post-completion of 2 years, a performance-based incentive model will be initiated.
Probation: The probation period is 3 months.
Role and Responsibilities
- Should be able to research and draft notices, plaints, and petitions independently.
- Coordinate with clients and juniors for filing and ensure litigation management.
- Representation before District Courts, Commercial Courts, and Arbitration Tribunals.
- Assist the senior during the evidence and argument stage.
Eligibility
- 2+ years practicing lawyer before Trial courts in Bangalore.
- Having knowledge/expertise in IBC or CPC.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates who can talk in Kannada are preferred.
Salary/Stipend
4.5 to 7. lakhs based on the candidate.
