Details of the Job/Internship

Anirudh Associates is hiring a Corporate and Commercial Litigation Lawyer with 2+ years of experience practicing before trial courts in Bangalore. The role involves independent drafting, client coordination, litigation management, and representation in courts and arbitration tribunals.

Role and Responsibilities

• Research and draft notices, plaints, and petitions independently.
• Coordinate with clients and junior lawyers for filing and litigation management.
• Represent clients before District Courts, Commercial Courts, and Arbitration Tribunals.
• Assist senior lawyers during evidence presentation and arguments.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience practicing before trial courts in Bangalore.
• Knowledge or expertise in IBC or CPC.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Kannada is preferred.

Salary/Stipend

₹4.5–7 lakhs per annum (based on experience).
