Details of the Job/Internship
Anirudh Associates is hiring an Associate with experience of 2+ years to join their office in Bengaluru. Post completion of 2 years, a performance-based incentive model will be initiated. The probation period is 3 months.
Role and Responsibilities
- Should be able to research and draft notices, plaints, and petitions independently.
- Coordinate with clients and juniors for filing and ensure litigation management.
- Representation before District Courts, Commercial Courts, and Arbitration Tribunals.
- ·Assist the senior during the evidence and argument stage.
Eligibility
- 2+ years practicing lawyer before Trial courts in Bangalore.
- Having knowledge/expertise in IBC or CPC.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates who can talk in Kannada are preferred.
Salary/Stipend
Rs. 37,500/- to Rs. 58,000/-
