Details of the Job/Internship

Anirudh Associates is hiring an Associate to join their Bengaluru office. The role involves handling corporate and commercial litigation, including client coordination, drafting legal documents, and representation before courts and tribunals.

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently research and draft notices, plaints, and petitions.
• Coordinate with clients and junior staff for filing and litigation management.
• Represent clients before District Courts, Commercial Courts, and Arbitration Tribunals.
• Assist senior lawyers during evidence and argument stages.

Eligibility

• 2+ years as a practicing lawyer before trial courts in Bengaluru.
• Knowledge or expertise in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) or Civil Procedure Code (CPC).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates who can speak Kannada are preferred.

Salary/Stipend
