Details of the Job/Internship

Anirudh Associates is hiring for the position of associate to join their Bengaluru office.

Remuneration terms:

• 5 to 7 lakhs based on the candidate.
• Post completion of 1 year and subject to satisfaction of the performance of the candidate, an incentive model will come into effect wherein the candidate will be paid 5 to 10% on each billing.
• The probation period is 3 months. 

Eligibility

• Should be from ICSE or CBSE schooling background.
• 18+ months PQE in General Corporate
• General Corporate and Commercial Contracts: The candidate should have expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating.
• The candidate should be able to coordinate with clients for the execution of all types of commercial contracts such as Service agreements, Vendor agreements, NDA, Term Loans, Employment and labour-related agreements, etc. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
