ANM Global is hiring an Associate with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience to join their Corporate Practice Team in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of corporate transactions and advisory work.
• Work on private equity, venture capital, and M&A matters.
• Advise on securities laws and capital markets.

Eligibility

• LLB with 2–5 years PQE.
• Experience in corporate practice areas preferred.

Salary/Stipend
