Details of the Job/Internship

Anoma Legal is hiring an Associate with experience of 2 to 5 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to transactions, regulatory compliance, and advisory services, on a day-to-day basis.

Eligibility

• Experience in transactions, regulatory compliance, advisory services, and dispute resolution
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Legal qualification with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience
• Familiarity with Indian and international legal practices
• Experience in working with corporate clients is a plus

Salary/Stipend
