Details of the Job/Internship

Nishith Desai Associates is hiring for the position of Associate with Competition Law Team (Full Time Member-Anti-trust) to join their office in either Mumbai or Bengaluru. NDA is expecting the lawyers to have worked on anti-trust matters for at least 7 to 8 years. They place great importance on research and writing capabilities including publications.

1. The Associate should have led to complex anti-trust matters;
2. Should be well versed with the procedural aspects and filings before the CCI.
3. Should have consistently made representations before the CCI.
4. Capability to independently lead the anti-trust matters.

Eligibility

• Candidate should have excellent technical, research, and communication skills.
• The candidate should have strong writing capabilities including published articles/newsletters etc.
• He/she will be expected to work out of our any offices.
