Details of the Job/Internship

AP & Partners is hiring an Associate with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience for its Telecom, Media, and Technology practice in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients in the telecom, media, and technology sectors.
• Provide legal opinions and corporate advisory on telecom regulations and data protection.
• Draft and review commercial contracts, policies, and compliance documents.
• Support client projects involving social media, e-commerce, and technology platforms.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and assist in due diligence or filings.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a reputed Indian law school (LL.M. from an international university preferred).
• 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in telecom, technology, or corporate law.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Prior experience working with telecom or tech clients is desirable.

Salary/Stipend
