Details of the Job/Internship

APK Law Offices is hiring an Associate for a full-time, on-site role at its Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft petitions, applications, replies, written statements, appeals, legal notices, affidavits, and related pleadings.
• Conduct detailed legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Appear before District Courts, the Delhi High Court, and, when required, the Supreme Court under senior counsel supervision.
• Attend court hearings and client conferences and coordinate with authorities.
• Advise clients professionally on legal options, risks, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective delivery of legal services.
• Ensure compliance with firm protocols, ethical standards, and professional responsibilities.

Eligibility

• Strong proficiency in legal drafting, including petitions, applications, and pleadings for all court levels.
• Excellent legal research and document review skills.
• Ability to articulate legal concepts clearly and advise clients effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Experience in litigation before District Courts and High Courts; exposure to Supreme Court matters is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Law degree (LLB or equivalent).
• Bar Council enrollment preferred.
• Cleared the AIBE or willingness to clear it within the required timeframe.

Salary/Stipend
