Details of the Job/Internship

AQUILAW is hiring an Associate – Commercial Dispute Resolution with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience to join their Litigation practice in Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in commercial dispute resolution cases.
• Support senior lawyers in litigation proceedings.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Liaise with clients and external counsel as required.

Eligibility

• 0–2 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial law and dispute resolution.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
