Details of the Job/Internship

Aravalli Law is hiring an Associate for a full-time, on-site position in Jaipur. The role involves conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients before courts and tribunals. Additional responsibilities include liaising with clients, assisting senior lawyers in case preparation, participating in arbitration and litigation processes, and providing advisory services.

Eligibility

• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, pleadings, and contracts.
• Knowledge and experience in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Law degree from a recognized university.
• Prior experience in commercial law, corporate law, or intellectual property is advantageous.
• Registered member of the Bar Council of India.

Salary/Stipend
