Details of the Job/Internship

Archer & Angel Advocates and Legal Consultants is hiring Associate with the experience of 1 to 3 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling trademark applications from searches (with opinion) till registration; post registration procedures; oppositions and rectifications.
• Managing trademark portfolios, docketing, and routine client follow-ups.
• Providing opinions on non-disputed trademark matters.
• Experience of providing opinion on contentious / dispute matters involving trademarks.
• Attending official hearings at the Trademark Registry for both application and opposition proceedings.
• Monitoring and following up with Trademark Registries for requests filed during pre-registration and post-registration stages.

Eligibility

• Post qualification experience 1 to 3 years.
