Arete Juris LLP is hiring a full-time, on-site Associate to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves reviewing and drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, representing clients in court, and managing cases while maintaining regular client communication.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and draft legal documents.
• Conduct legal research.
• Represent clients in court.
• Maintain regular client communication.
• Manage cases and provide legal advice.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in reviewing and drafting legal documents.
• Strong legal research and case management skills.
• Experience in representing clients in court and providing legal advice.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with legal professionals.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent.
• Admitted to practice law in India.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Experience in corporate law, litigation, or intellectual property law is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
