Details of the Job/Internship

Argus Partners is hiring an Associate with 1 to 2 years of experience to join their Corporate – M&A, PE, VC practice in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Venture Capital deals.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional documents.
• Conduct legal due diligence and coordinate with clients and counterparties.
• Provide corporate advisory on structuring, compliance, and regulatory matters.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior experience in M&A, PE, or VC transactions preferred.
• Strong legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
