Details of the Job/Internship

Argus Partners (Solicitors & Advocates) is hiring an Associate with 2 to 3 years of experience to join its Corporate – M&A, PE & VC practice in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents related to M&A, PE, and VC deals.
• Conducting legal due diligence and preparing related reports.
• Advising clients on corporate and regulatory issues.
• Assisting in structuring and executing transactions.
• Coordinating with clients, advisors, and counterparties for deal completion.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
• 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate, M&A, PE, or VC practice.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
