Details of the Job/Internship
Argus Partners is hiring an Associate with experience of 2–4 years to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end execution of Corporate M&A transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
- Conduct specialized legal due diligence for large-scale real estate developments and infrastructure projects.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including share purchase and shareholders' agreements.
- Advise on regulatory and compliance frameworks governing renewable energy and infrastructure assets.
- Manage client relationships and coordinate with cross-functional project teams.
- Contribute to the firm's knowledge management and practice development initiatives.
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer with an LL.B. or equivalent degree.
- 2–4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Strong exposure to Corporate M&A, Energy, Infrastructure, or Real Estate law.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, transaction-oriented environment.
